If you got a defected / wrong color/ wrong article received from us , you can directly whatsapp us at +923062778044, Our team will contact you and provide a best solution through any case. Refund can be process within 10-15 days, After the product received at our warehouse .

Change Of Mind Is Not Acceptable.

Exchange Policy: 

1) We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 5 Days of purchase for an exchange.

2) If you wish to exchange any product, please complete the Exchange Form (can be found in the Flyer) and include it with your return shipment.

3) Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. ( R 80, Sector-8, North Karachi, Near Ajmair Nagri Police Station.)

4) Delivery Charges will not be refunded.  

5) The items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article which hasn’t been communicated before by the customer, the exchange will be REJECTED.

5) There will be a Rs.100 charge for your exchange parcel delivery.

6) No exchange will be entertained for items with minor faults or on clearance sale items
